Busy professionals, students, hard gainers, and anyone who wants a nutritious meal without the time or cost of traditional meal preparation. Contains groundnuts (peanuts) and soybeans — skip it if you have a peanut or soy allergy. Also contains oats, so it isn't a certified gluten-free product.

Warm: 4 level tablespoons into 250–300ml of warm milk, stirred until fully dissolved. Or cold: 4 level tablespoons into 300ml cold milk, shaken well — chill for a few hours and shake again for a smoother, milkshake-like texture. Either way, a splash of orange or lime juice alongside helps your body absorb the iron naturally.
